Time Is My Servant

Ever find yourself without enough time to do the things you would really like to do? Not enough time to have fun, to party, to take those classes, to just relax? Not enough time to write, to play, to paint, to climb, to whatever? Humbug!

Timeis elastic. Time is to you as you are to yourself. In the most remarkable manner time conforms to your sense of self. The more you see yourself as worthy to experience the good stuff in life, the more time you will have to experience the good stuff in life.

Conversely, when denying yourself your desires is familiar territory, you always have lack of time as a reason for you missing out.

Calling time the crook that steals from you some of the joys and pleasures of life is like blaming the shoes you wear for taking you to places you'd rather not be.

To see yourself as a victim of time is to limit your creativity in areas of your life that bring about the 'moreness'of life. To insist that it is 'more time' you need to be able to do what you really desire to do is just a habit of self-denial just doing its thing. The one and only thing that will release you from the illusion that time has power over you is...your realization that time is an illusion. That's it.

Sooner or later a habit of being a victim of time will no longer have a hold on you ......and you will have dominion of that you gave dominion to. Of course your dominion over time depends upon you really understanding and realizing that time is an illusion. Not because I say so, but because you figured it out logically for yourself.

That takes thinking about it.

Here is your assignment:
With a ball point pen, draw a happy face on the inside of your thumb. Two dots for the eyes, a smile for the mouth.

With as much conviction as you can muster,
affirm the following:

Time to remember that time has no power,
Time only has seconds and minutes each hour

No longer to dictate 'go slower or faster',
Time is my servant and not ever my master.

Glance at your thumb during the course of the day. Reinforce the above affirmation every morning, as you replace a fading happy face on your thumb.

Should you accept this assignment:

Don't be surprised to find yourself more inclined to manipulate time to be more than enough time to do what you have been putting off doing....while expanding your creative nature in all areas of your life.

As a matter of fact, you can expect it!
