It was called World Healing Day, the World Instant of Cooperation, and World Peace Day– a moment of Oneness to dissolve the sense of separation and return human kind to God kind. Whatever the term or label, it was the New Beginning in restoring this world to sanity.<\/p>\n

The majority of individuals and organizations participating were operating under the umbrella of the Planetary Commission, a worldwide non-denominational, non-political movement function-ing as an extension of The Quartus Foundation. It was a grass roots cooperative effort to unite people in a common bond of love and bringing our planet back into balance.<\/p>\n

The first formal announcement of the Commission was made on January 1, 1984, designating December 31, 1986 as World healing Day. Noon Greenwich time (7 AM Eastern Standard Time) was selected as the time for the healing meditation as it would encompass all time zones during that 24-hour period.<\/p>\n

Word quickly spread, and when that moment in time arrived on December 31, 1986, the mind-link totaled more than 500-million people representing all religious faiths on seven continents, in more than seven countries, and in every state in the U.S. Over 500 spiritual and peace-related organizations around the world participated.<\/p>\n

We saw the results in the years that followed. In a report from the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, Walter Stuetzle, the Institute’s director and a former West German Undersecretary of Defense, said that there was “remarkable progress toward a potentially more peaceful world… There was a clean break in the pattern of a constant increase in the number of major conflicts with which the world had grown accustomed.” Now the Commission is expanding and gathering strength each year as greater awareness of the Event spreads around the world.<\/p>\n

In the beginning<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

In the beginning God<\/b><\/i>.<\/b>
\nIn the beginning God created the heaven
\nand the earth.<\/b><\/i><\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

And God said Let there be light:
\nand there was light.<\/p>\n

Now is the time of the new beginning.
\nI am a co-creator with God, and it is a
\nnew Heaven that comes,
\nas the Good Will of God is expressed on
\nEarth through me.
\nIt is the Kingdom of Light, Love, Peace and Understanding.
\nAnd I am doing my part to reveal its Reality. <\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

I begin with me.<\/b><\/i>
\nI am a living Soul and the Spirit of God
\ndwells in me, as me.
\nI and the Father are one,
\nand all that the Father has is mine.
\nIn Truth, I am the Christ of God. <\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

What is true of me is true of everyone,
\nfor God is all and all is God.
\nI see only the Spirit of God in every Soul.
\nAnd to every man, woman and child on Earth
\nI say:
\nI love you, for you are me. You are my Holy Self. <\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

I now open my heart, and let the pure essence
\nof
\nUnconditional Love pour out.
\nI see it as a Golden Light radiating from the
\ncenter of my being,
\nand I feel its Divine Vibration in and through me,
\nabove and below me. <\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

I am one with the Light.
\nI am filled with the Light.
\nI am illumined by the Light.
\nI am the Light of the world. <\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

With purpose of mind, I send forth the Light.<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

I let the radiance go before me to join
\nthe other Lights.
\nI know this is happening all over the world
\nat this moment.
\nI see the merging Lights.
\nThere is now one Light.
\nWe are the Light of the world.<\/td>\n

The one Light of Love, Peace and Understanding
\nis moving.
\nIt flows across the face of the Earth,
\ntouching and illuminating every soul
\nin the shadow of the illusion.
\nAnd where there was darkness,
\nthere is now the Light of Reality. <\/b><\/i> And the Radiance grows, permeating, saturating
\nevery form of life.
\nThere is only the vibration of one Perfect Life now.
\nAll the kingdoms of the Earth respond,
\nand the Planet is alive with Light and Love. <\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

There is total Oneness, and in this Oneness
\nwe speak the Word.
\nLet the sense of separation be dissolved.
\nLet mankind be returned to Godkind. <\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

Let peace come forth in every mind.
\nLet Love flow forth from every heart.
\nLet forgiveness reign in every soul.
\nLet understanding be the common bond. <\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

And now from the Light of the world,
\nthe One Presence and
\nPower of the Universe responds.
\nThe Activity of God is healing and harmonizing Planet Earth.
\nOmnipotence is made manifest. <\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

I am seeing the salvation of the Planet
\nbefore my very eyes, as all false beliefs
\nand error patterns are dissolved.
\nThe sense of separation is no more;
\nthe healing has taken place,
\nand the world is restored to sanity. <\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

This is the beginning of Peace on Earth
\nand Good Will toward all,
\nas Love flows forth from every heart,
\nforgiveness reigns in every soul,
\nand all hearts and minds are one in perfect understanding. <\/b><\/i><\/p>\n
