The Power Within You

There is a power within you, that is greater then you are and you can use it. In fact, this power is using you right now, regardless if your aware of it or not. Call this power what you will, God, Jehovah, Mohammed, Buddha, Jesus, or whatever. This power uses you, in accordance to your thought.

You can never disconnect yourself from your higher power, but you can become out of alignment with it. However, this power, is never out of alignment with you. Because, it responds in accordance to your thought. One such way you can become out of alignment with the power within you is being insecure.

"The most exhausting thing in life, is being insecure." I say exhausting, because when you worry about something, your adding pressure to your mind. Your adding stress to your body. Your putting unnecessary strain on your heart. How true this statement is, because there are many who are insecure about their life, their job, their relationship with their love ones, relationship with their friends, their home, bills, even their health, etc. The list can go on and on. Being insecure about something, is one of the leading causes of illness and disease.

Are you feeling insecure about something right now? Are you feeling out of alignment with your source? If so, take a moment to realign yourself. Take a moment, and stop worrying about the "why" and the "how," and look at the lesson. Give thanks for your challenge, situation, or circumstance, and know that the power within you heal all wombs.

This week say this affirmation no less then 3 times a day. "I am blessed to have this (name what your going through) In my life right now, and I know it is for my highest good."

There is a power within you, that is greater then you are, and it can help you to overcome all adversities. Why not stop, smell the good in your life and praise the power within you now.

Peace & Blessings,
Rev. Thomas Gordy
